How to Set Up the TikTok Account for Amazon MCF

In a recent update to the Helium 10 Suite, support for TikTok has been added.  Helium 10 users who sell on Amazon can now have a broader reach by selling on TikTok and having their TikTok orders fulfilled via Amazon MCF. 
 
This article will focus on setting up seller shipping and creating the shipping template in the TikTok Seller Center to enable Amazon MCF fulfillment. 
 
Prerequisites: Before proceeding with this article, please ensure that you have successfully:  
- Connected your TikTok Seller Center to Helium 10. See article
- Mapped your TikTok shop and products to your Amazon seller account and products. See article
 

Setting up your TikTok account for Amazon MCF fulfillment

1. Add a Warehouse Addresses

  • Log into your TikTok Shop Seller Center.
  • Go to My Account > Account Settings > Warehouse Settings.
  • Add both:
    • Pickup Warehouse (where you ship from)
    • Return Warehouse (where returns will go)
  • Provide contact person, address, phone, and region details

If you don't have a physical warehouse, you can use your home or office address. The product will be shipped from Amazon, but the important section is the return address. Since there is no direct integration between Amazon and TikTok, there must be a return warehouse where TikTok returns should go.

2. Switch Shipping method

  • Navigate to Orders > Shipping Settings > Delivery Settings and click on the Switch option.
  • Select Seller Shipping and click on Switch.

If this is your first time using Seller Shipping, you will be asked to create a shipping template.

3. Create a Shipping Template

1. Template name is up to you. For example, you can use ‘Amazon MCF’

2. In Ship From, just select your local warehouse. The actual shipment from the Warehouse will be from Amazon.

3. Rate Model is Quantity-based.

4. By default, Standard Shipping is selected. 

5. For the Delivery region, there is an edit button to add/remove delivery locations.

6. The Flat Rate will be the same recommended amount.  

7. Click on Submit and save the shipping template.

4. Switch to Seller Shipping.

  • Go back to the Delivery Settings and click on the Switch option again.
  • Select Seller Shipping and click on Switch.

Seller Shipping should show together with the Shipping template you created.

To summarize:

  • Orders won’t sync into Helium 10 (and subsequently Amazon MCF) if:
    • TikTok Shipping is still active instead of Seller Shipping.
    • A shipping template is missing or misconfigured.
  • Once Seller Shipping is enabled and a valid template is applied, TikTok orders can be fetched by Helium 10’s Product Mappings and routed to Amazon MCF for fulfillment.

You’re all set! Moving forward, TikTok orders will appear on the Order Status page of Inventory Management and, within three hours, on the Manage Orders page of your Amazon seller account for MFC fulfillment.

FAQs

Q1: What if I don’t have a warehouse address?

You can use your home or office address. TikTok requires a return address even if Amazon is fulfilling orders.

Q2: Why aren’t my TikTok orders showing in Helium 10?

Ensure that the shipping method is Seller Shipping, and your shipping template is configured. Orders will not sync otherwise. Please refer to steps 2 and 3 above.

Q3: Can I use TikTok's default shipping instead of Seller Shipping?

No. You must use Seller Shipping to utilize Amazon MCF.

Q4: How soon will my TikTok orders appear on Amazon?

They usually appear within 3 hours on your Manage Orders page in Amazon Seller Central.
