How to Utilize Inventory Management for TikTok

We have exciting news for sellers who sell the same products on both Amazon and Tiktok! We're delighted to introduce a brand-new page for Inventory Management: Order Status.

This update is accompanied by the release of Profits for TikTok. It will serve as a bridge to view and manage order statuses from both Helium 10 and your TikTok shop.

Key Function of the Order Status page:

Amazon Fulfillment Support:
This feature enables TikTok sellers to fulfill their shop orders using their Amazon Seller accounts and will allow for the use of Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) integration or general management of TikTok orders through Helium 10, streamlining logistics, and expanding fulfillment capabilities.

Inventory Management for TikTok Availability and Access Details

The Order Status page is exclusively available to Elite and Diamond subscribers.

Currently, Profits supports integration with the TikTok US marketplace and Inventory Management, if configured by the user in our account mapping process, connects seamlessly with Amazon.com seller accounts for order fulfillment.

Sub-user access is governed by the tool permissions set by the main account holder. If a sub-user is granted access to the Inventory Management tool, they will be able to view the Order Status page.

Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment for TikTok Orders

While TikTok sellers can choose to fulfill orders using TikTok’s own logistics services or manage fulfillment independently, Amazon’s MCF remains a highly attractive option due to its speed, reliability, and scalability.

Although TikTok and Amazon do not have a direct fulfillment integration, the Order Status page is designed to bridge this gap. Inventory Management leverages Amazon’s MCF network by syncing inventory levels from Amazon Seller Central and enabling TikTok orders to be processed and fulfilled through Amazon’s logistics infrastructure.

Important: This feature is intended for sellers who offer the same products on both Amazon and TikTok. For users that leverage FBA, this new feature ensures seamless fulfillment while centralizing inventory management. To use this feature, sellers are required to connect their TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central tokens to Helium 10.

Shop and Product Mapping

Immediately after connecting your TikTok token, you will see a prompt indicating the need to map your TikTok products to their corresponding Amazon products.

This mapping step is essential for enabling accurate inventory tracking and fulfillment through Amazon’s MCF. It ensures that Profits can correctly associate sales and inventory data across both platforms.

Each TikTok shop must be mapped to an Amazon Seller Central account to enable accurate inventory syncing and order fulfillment through Amazon’s MCF.

During the mapping process, a pop-up will appear allowing you to assign the appropriate Amazon account to your TikTok shop.

When setting up shop mapping, you'll find three toggle switches. Here’s what each one does:

1. Shop Toggle

Connects your TikTok Shop to your Amazon seller account. This serves as the ‘main switch’. If this is turned off, the other toggle options are also turned off.

  • OFF:
    • Your TikTok products won’t link to Amazon.
    • Orders won’t be fulfilled through Amazon's MCF.
  • ON:
    • TikTok orders after activation will be synced and fulfilled through Amazon — but only for products that are mapped correctly.

2. Shop Toggle

Automatically sends new TikTok orders to Amazon for fulfillment.

  • Only works for orders placed after the toggle is turned ON.
  • TikTok order cancellations are automatically accepted if Amazon MCF allows it.
  • You can still manually resend failed orders.
  • Applies only to products that are mapped and set to use Amazon MCF.

3. Inventory

Keeps your product stock levels in sync between Amazon and TikTok.

  • Amazon FBA stock automatically updates your TikTok inventory.
  • Works only for mapped products set to use MCF.
  • Helps prevent overselling by keeping TikTok stock accurate.

The Map Products page displays all active products from your TikTok shop and allows you to specify which Amazon products correspond to each TikTok product. This is a critical step for enabling accurate fulfillment and inventory tracking.

At the top-right corner of the page, you’ll find a “Manage My Shop Mapping” button. Use this if you need to make changes to the TikTok-Amazon shop association.

There are two ways to map products:

  • Manual Mapping:
You can manually select the correct Amazon SKU for each TikTok product to ensure precise alignment.
  • Suggested Mapping:
By clicking the “Suggest Product Mapping” button, the system will automatically compare product names from your TikTok shop and Amazon Seller Central to propose likely matches.

Recommendation: Always manually review suggested matches to prevent any mismatches that could affect inventory or fulfillment.

As part of the mapping process, you will need to specify a value in the Safety Stock column. This is a buffer to prevent stockouts on TikTok.

The default value is 5 units. When your available inventory in Seller Central drops to this threshold, TikTok orders will be temporarily blocked. This helps avoid penalties from TikTok for attempting to sell out-of-stock items.

The map Products page also allows you to select which MCF fulfillment you prefer. This can be selected on the Amazon Services column, where there are two options:

  • Standard shipping (Default Value)

The cost-effective option, but not the fastest. Can cause latency issues between Amazon and TikTok orders.

  • Expedited Shipping (Recommended Value for Integration)

The fastest option and has the least conflict between Amazon’s MCF & TikTok, but comes with additional charges for the seller.

Once TikTok products are mapped to their corresponding Amazon listings and TikTok orders are fulfilled through Amazon, inventory count in Seller Central will automatically adjust in real time. This update is also reflected on the Restock Suggestions page within Inventory Management.

Order Status Page

As mentioned earlier, TikTok and Amazon do not have a native integration. To bridge this gap, Helium 10 provides a dedicated Order Status page that gives sellers full visibility into the lifecycle of each TikTok order fulfilled via Amazon MCF.

This page allows you to monitor and manage orders efficiently — all without leaving the Helium 10 platform.

Key Features of the Order Status Page:

  • Dual Order Tracking:
View the status of each TikTok order both from TikTok's side and Amazon MCF, so you’re informed of every step and can take action if needed.
  • Filter and Search:
Use the filter panel at the top to narrow down results and quickly locate specific orders based on criteria like date, order ID, or fulfillment status.
  • Status Tabs:
Instantly sort orders with one click using the four built-in tabs:
    • All – Displays every TikTok order.
    • Action Required – Highlights orders that need your attention.
    • In Progress – Shows orders currently being fulfilled.
    • Completed – Lists fully processed and shipped orders.
  • Quick Actions:
Easily perform essential tasks with quick-access buttons for each order, including:
    • View in TikTok
    • Track Shipment
    • More actions (where applicable)

This centralized view ensures that you stay on top of every order and can respond quickly when intervention is needed.
