How Do I Change My Subscription Plan?

You have two options if you are a current Helium 10 subscriber and would like to switch to another subscription plan: manually switch your subscription plan or reach out to customer service for assistance.

1. You can manually switch your subscription plan yourself by following these steps: 

a. Open the Helium 10 account menu in the top right corner of the website and select Plans & Billing.

b. Review and compare the available subscription plans and choose the plan that works best for you. 

• Upgrading your subscription plan will take effect immediately.
• Downgrading your subscription plan will be reflected at the start of the next billing cycle.
