The Audience tool is designed for polling, surveys, and feedback functions. Billing and invoicing are handled at the account (or subscription) level in Helium 10—not within the Audience interface itself.
Since each poll is a separate charge, they are processed via the payment method on file in your Helium 10 account settings (e.g., credit card). Audience does not maintain a separate billing database in its module. This is consistent with the approach described in the “How Do I Use Audience to Create a Poll?” article, which notes that polls are individually charged to the credit card on file.
What You Can Do: Request Your Audience Invoice
Contact Helium 10 Support
- Email us at support@helium10.com, explaining which Audience invoice(s) you are missing (dates, poll name, etc.).
- In your request, please include your account email, the relevant poll(s), and any available transaction IDs.
- The support team can retrieve and send the invoice(s) to you.

- You will be connected to our support team to start the Audience invoice request process.
