Using the Audit Report in the Insights Dashboard

The Audit Report is a feature within the Helium 10 Insights Dashboard, designed to give Amazon sellers a high-level overview of their account’s performance. It surfaces strengths, highlights improvement areas, and provides AI-powered recommendations for smarter decision-making.

Who Can Access the Audit Report

  • Diamond and above plan users have full access.

  • The Audit Report icon is located in the left-hand panel of the Insights Dashboard.

Token Requirements

To generate your Audit Report:

  • You must connect your Seller Account token.

  • Connecting a PPC token is optional, but strongly recommended to unlock advertising performance insights.

  • If your token is already connected, your report should be available immediately at launch.

  • If you connect your token after launch, the report may take up to 48 hours to generate.

Users can now apply for and track up to 5 reports simultaneously—across different marketplaces.

Key Sections of the Audit Report

ASIN Selection

  • Each Audit Report includes up to five parent ASINs per marketplace. You have two options for how those ASINs are selected:

    • Option 1 – Auto-Select: The system will automatically identify and include your top 5 ASINs by 90-day sales at the time of report request. If sales data is insufficient, the system will use 90-day impressions instead.

    • Option 2 – Manual Selection: You can manually choose up to 5 ASINs for the specific marketplace you wish to audit or track.

  • This flexibility allows you to tailor each report to focus on your highest-priority products across different marketplaces.

Overall Account Health

  • Shows a health score derived from your account's performance compared to competitors.

  • Low scores indicate opportunities for improvement using the provided recommendations.

Ad Performance

  • Analyze ad campaign performance with a 60-day performance overview.

  • Identify wasted ad spend and uncover missed sales (e.g., when campaigns run out of budget mid-day).

  • Includes an Ad Recommendation Box with AI-powered suggestions such as:

    • Targeting improvements

    • Campaign budget changes

    • New keyword opportunities

Managed Refund Service (MRS)

  • View potential reimbursements from Amazon for inbound shipments, returns, replacements, and FBA fulfillment issues.

  • Enabling MRS can help you recover lost funds and minimize losses.

  • Provides visibility into product return data, customer complaints, and review trends.

  • Highlights include:

    • Top product returns

    • Review volume and review rate (reviews vs. sales)

    • Common customer issues

  • Compare your ASIN’s keyword rankings against top competitors selected via Black Box logic.

  • Key insights:

    • Your Page 1 Keywords: Keywords your ASIN ranks in the top 50.

    • Competitor Page 1 Keywords: Keywords where competitors rank between positions 1–50.

    • Competitor Page 1 / Your Page 2+: Reveals where competitors outperform your ASIN.

    • Low Competition, High Potential Keywords: High search volume and low competition terms.

Each keyword group includes a Send to Cerebro button with pre-applied filters.

Packaging Optimization

  • Identifies areas to reduce FBA fees by adjusting packaging dimensions or weight.

  • Recommendations are based on opportunities to improve fulfillment efficiency and reduce shipping costs.

Search Query Performance (SQP)

  • Compare up to five products using the past 9 weeks of SQP data.

  • A side-by-side layout displays your product data alongside market data.

  • Key keyword insights include:

    • High-value keywords with low visibility

    • High-conversion keywords with low impressions

  • Includes a Current Efficiency Metric: Measures purchase share divided by click share.

Actionable suggestions are provided, such as:

  • Adding more images (at least 7)

  • Improving image quality (e.g., white background for main image)

  • Expanding titles and bullet points
