Run TikTok GMV Max Campaigns with Helium 10 Ads

Helium 10 Ads now supports TikTok GMV Max campaigns—the platform’s only ad format for TikTok Shop starting July 2025. This release allows users to create, monitor, and optimize GMV Max campaigns directly within Helium 10, using assets like videos, livestreams, and affiliate posts—all managed by TikTok's AI engine.


Step-by-Step Guidance

1. What Is GMV Max?

GMV Max is TikTok Shop’s fully automated campaign type. It optimizes for:

  • Total Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)

  • Return on Investment (ROI)

Once launched, TikTok handles:

  • Audience and placement selection

  • Budget optimization across creatives

  • Asset selection from your TikTok Shop-linked content

Important: GMV Max replaced all previous TikTok ad types as of July 2025.


2. Connect Your TikTok Account

  • Navigate to Helium 10 Ads > Connections

  • Click +PPC Account and choose TikTok

  • Authorize access to your TikTok Business Center

  • Your advertisers and related assets will auto-sync

Note: You also need to connect your TikTok Seller Token to create campaigns for TikTok in Helium 10.


3. Launch a GMV Max Campaign

  1. Go to Helium 10 Ads > Analytics > Create Campaign

  2. Choose between:

    • Product GMV Max – Video ads featuring products

    • Live GMV Max – Real-time livestream ad performance

  3. Set:

    • Campaign name

    • Target ROAS (e.g., 3x)

    • Daily budget

    • Start date and schedule

  4. Select ad creatives:

    • Use TikTok’s Auto mode (recommended), or

    • Manually choose authorized or custom videos


4. Analyze Performance

Once your campaign is live:

  • Use the TikTok Dashboard to monitor:

    • Impressions, clicks, spend, GMV, ROI

  • Explore Analytics Views:

    • Campaign Tab: Track individual campaign performance

    • Product Tab: See which products are generating sales

    • Livestream Tab: Evaluate engagement from TikTok Live content

Dashboards update hourly for near real-time insight.
