How to Create a Product Idea Using Product Launchpad
This section will walk you through the steps to begin using Product Launchpad.
1. Open Product Launchpad
The Product Launchpad is in the Tools menu under the “Product Research” section. A video tutorial at the top of the page explains its features and workflow.
2. Select + Create Product Idea
Select the + Create Product Idea button in the top right of the tool to begin the process.
3. Name Your Product Idea
4. Open Your New Product Idea
Once you name your product idea, it will be saved to your Product Launchpad dashboard. Click Open on the idea to go to the next step.
5. Add Keywords
After you add your keywords, the keyword graph and table will appear, providing detailed metrics related to them. After you've finished with your keywords, click the Next: Competitors button in the top right.
6. Add Competitors
Add competitors manually by ASIN or use BlackBox. After confirming your competitors, the competitors graph and table will populate. After adding your competitors, click the Next: Idea Scorecard button at the top right.
7. Fill Out the User Input Fields for Your Idea Scorecard
Complete each field with a red asterisk to complete your Idea Scorecard. Select Summarize Decision by AI.
8. Review Your Results
Review your Decision Score and Summary to help you decide if your product idea is worth pursuing.
