We've added support for Amazon's Sponsored TV (STV) ad type, helping you reach viewers across streaming environments (such as Freevee) with audience-targeted video ads that drive brand awareness and consideration.
What's New
Campaign Creation
- Create path: Create Ads → Single Campaign → Sponsored TV
- Configure Campaign Name, Ad Group Name, and an optional Portfolio
- Select one ASIN to serve as the landing page
- Set your Daily Budget ($20–$50,000) and Default Bid ($10–$1,000)
Targeting
STV campaigns support two targeting types, which can be used together:
- Content Interests
- In-market Categories
Target bids can range from $10–$1,000.
Creative Upload
Upload video creatives from your local storage or from Amazon Creative Assets. Videos must meet the following specs:

Rules & Automation
STV campaigns support the following automation rule types:
- Bid Rule
- Budget Rule
- Dayparting Schedule
- Budget Schedule
Important Notes
- Each STV campaign supports only one ad group
- Bid strategy and bid multiplier are not applicable to STV campaigns
- Ad group bulk edit does not support adding negative keywords for STV
How to Create Your First STV Campaign
- Go to Create Ads and select Single Campaign
- Choose Sponsored TV as your campaign type
- Enter your Campaign Name, Ad Group Name, and (optionally) assign a Portfolio
- Select the ASIN you want to use as your landing page
- Set your Daily Budget and Default Bid
- Choose your targeting: Content Interests, In-market Categories, or both, and set your target bid(s)
- Upload your video creative (from local storage or Creative Assets)
- Review your settings and launch your campaign
