What is Seller Assistant?

Seller Assistant is a Helium 10 Chrome Extension tool designed to help Amazon sellers automate review requests directly from Amazon Seller Central. It allowed sellers to streamline their review request workflow without leaving their dashboard.

Current Status

Helium 10 has officially discontinued Seller Assistant. Although the extension may still be visible and downloadable on the Chrome Web Store, please note the following:

• The tool has not been updated for some time and may not function as expected.

• There will be no further updates or bug fixes for Seller Assistant.

Can I still use Seller Assistant if it's installed?

Will my data from Seller Assistant be transferred to Follow-Up?

Seller Assistant and Follow-Up are separate tools with different data structures. Unfortunately, automatic data migration is not available. You will need to set up your preferences and automations from scratch in Follow-Up.
