How Do I Apply a Discount Coupon to My Helium 10 Membership?

To apply a discount or coupon code, please follow the steps below. If you are a previous Helium 10 customer and have a question about whether you are currently eligible to apply a coupon, please contact Customer Service. 

Note: Discounts are limited in duration and frequency. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or currently applied discounts.

New Customers

This section is for first-time Helium 10 customers. If you are a current Helium 10 subscriber and plan to renew with a coupon, please skip to the Current Helium 10 Customers section. 

1. Go to the Helium 10 website and then click on the Pricing tab.

2. On the Helium 10 Pricing page, enter your coupon code into the field and select APPLY.

IMPORTANT: Do not click on a BUY NOW button until you have entered and applied your coupon code.

3. A confirmation message will replace the coupon field, letting you know that the coupon has been applied. If you want to remove the coupon, click on REMOVE COUPON. 

4. Choose whether you want a Monthly or Annual plan by clicking on the appropriate tab.

Note: Some discount codes will not apply to annual subscription plans.

5. We encourage you to read through the comparison chart to identify the best plan for your business needs. After deciding on a plan and duration, click on the BUY NOW button for your chosen plan.

6. After selecting BUY NOW, a form will open to create your account and your eventual login credentials for Helium 10. Create your account by typing in your full name, email address, and password. Click Continue to Payment and enter your credit card details.

7. Enter your payment information and then click Complete Payment. Congratulations! You are now ready to use your Helium 10 account.

Current Helium 10 Customers

1. Sign in to Helium 10 using your login credentials. Open the drop-down menu under your user icon and select Plans & Billing.

• • If you already have an existing Helium 10 account on a Free plan and have not yet subscribed to any plans before, select the blue Upgrade button in the top-right.

2. On the plan pricing page, enter your coupon code into the field and select Apply.

Note: If the coupon field is not present, your account may not be currently eligible for a discount.

3. A confirmation message will display letting you know that the discount has been applied and will be reflected in the prices below. 

4. We encourage you to read through the comparison chart to identify the best plan for your business needs. After deciding on a plan and duration, click on the SUBSCRIBE or UPGRADE button for your chosen plan. Subscribe will show for users on the Free plan and Upgrade will show for current users on a paid plan.

5. A window will appear asking you to enter your credit card details for payment. 

Note: This step will be skipped if you are an existing paid user.

6. Enter your payment information and then click Pay. Congratulations! You are now ready to use your upgraded Helium 10 account.
