If you’re using Walmart Ads, you can connect your account to Helium 10 Ads to manage and analyze your campaigns in one place.
Unlike Amazon, Walmart Ads accounts are currently connected through a manual onboarding process. Follow the steps below to grant access and submit your details for setup.
Step 1: Grant Helium 10 Access in Walmart Connect
- Log in to your Walmart Connect Ad Center
- Click Account (top right)
- Select Manage profile and account
- Click Ad accounts in the left panel
- Identify the ad account you want to connect
Make note of the following:
- Advertising Name (your account name)
- Partner ID (the account ID shown under the name)
Add Helium 10 as a Partner
- In the left panel, click Access
- Select the Partners tab
- Click + Add Partner
- Search for Helium 10
- Select the ad account(s) you want to connect
- Click Save
Set Required Permissions
Make sure the following permissions are enabled:
- Campaign Management (API endpoints): Edit
- Reporting (API endpoints): View Only
- Creative (API endpoints): Edit
Important: If these permissions are not set correctly, your data may not appear in Helium 10 Ads.
Step 2: Submit Your Details to Helium 10 Support
Once access has been granted, contact Helium 10 Support and provide:
- Your Helium 10 account email
- Your Walmart Advertising Name
- Your Advertiser ID (Partner ID)
- A screenshot confirming that Helium 10 has been added as a partner
Our team will complete the onboarding process for you.
Step 3: Wait for Data to Sync
After your account is successfully connected:
- It may take up to 24 hours for your Walmart Ads data to appear in Helium 10 Ads.
