Do I need a subscription to use the mobile app?
- Helium 10 users can download the mobile app while on the Free plan. However, their access to tools will be limited or on demo mode (users without connected tokens)
What are the tools available on the mobile app?
- Helium 10 has integrated the following tools into the mobile app.
- Profits – to analyze business performance.
- Helium 10 Ads – to analyze, monitor, and modify your Amazon campaigns.
- Alerts – to receive notifications about your ASINs on Amazon.
- Blogs and Podcasts – to keep you in the loop on the latest learning materials in Helium 10.

- The charts and graphs in the Helium 10 app are not downloadable. To obtain a copy of the charts and graphs, utilize the Web Application.
Can I create/build campaigns on the Mobile App’s Ads tool?
- The Ads tool on the mobile app provides limited access to its features. At the moment, the Ads tool allows you to Pause and Enable campaigns, Adjust bids (in bulk or individually), and adjust daily budget individually.
How can I reach out to Helium 10 support using the mobile app?
- The Helium 10 mobile app provides a way to reach out to the support team via email. To reach out to the support team, click on the User Support option under the Account tab.
Can I use the mobile app using a sub-user account?
- Sub-user accounts can use the mobile app and access the main user account. Similar to the Web App, you can switch accounts under your Helium 10 Profile in the Accounts tab of the mobile app.
Can I connect my Amazon/Walmart/TikTok account via the Helium 10 App?
- At the moment, all token connections are done via the Web App. In its current design, the mobile app does not support the Connections tab.
