Getting Started with Helium 10: How to Create Your Account

This article explains how to create a Helium 10 account using either an email address or a Google (Gmail) account. It also outlines account limitations and security rules so you know what to expect during sign-up.

Step-by-Step Guidance

Option 1: Sign Up Using Your Email Address

1. Go to https://members.helium10.com/user/signup 
2. Enter your first and last name, email address, and choose a password.

3. Click Sign Up.

4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your account setup.

Note: If your email address is already registered, you can reset your password or use a different email address.

Option 2: Sign Up Using Your Google Account

1. Go to https://members.helium10.com/user/signup 

2. Select Sign up with Google.

3. Log in using your Google account email address and password.
4. Complete Google’s two-factor authentication (if enabled).
5. Finish setting up your Helium 10 account.

Account Limitations & Security

Helium 10 allows a maximum of three accounts per device. If this limit is reached, you will see an error message and will not be able to create additional accounts from that device.
