If you've already started a chat session with Helium 10 Support and minimized it while working on something else, there’s no need to start a new thread or send another email. You can easily check the status of your existing ticket by following these steps:
Steps to View Your Support Chat Update:
Click the Chat Bubble Icon
Locate the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of any Helium 10 page.View Recent Chats
Once the chat window opens, you’ll see a list of your recent conversations.
Click on the most recent chat thread to reopen it.Check for Updates or Respond
Review the conversation for any updates from our Support Team.
You can also type directly into the chat to ask for a status update or resume the conversation.
Support Ticket via Email
If you have a support ticket via sending an email to support@helium10.com, you can follow the steps below on how to check if there’s an update:
1. You search in your email client for the Subject that you wrote in your email to reach out to us. (Please note that other email clients may behave differently when using the search function.)
2. If you can’t recall the subject of the email, you can use support@helium10.com or support@helium10.zendesk.com
3. To see the latest reply from support, it is at the top of the email chain from the previous response you sent in (the response from support usually has their first name in it with a parenthesis that says “Helium 10”)
