We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers only. 
Here’s how it works:

  • If you request cancellation within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription payment, you are eligible for a full refund of that first payment.
  • Refunds are not available for renewals or subsequent payments.
  • Partial periods of use (if your subscription is active) do not qualify for pro-rated refunds.
  • Any refund decision is made in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
  • After the 7-day window, all payments are final and non-refundable, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund:

  1. Submit a support request by contacting customer support and mentioning that you are requesting a refund under the 7-day money-back guarantee policy.
  2. Provide your account details and the date of your subscription purchase.
  3. Our billing team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund back to the original payment method.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • The 7-day refund is only valid for the first subscription payment.
  • You must request cancellation within the first 7 days after purchase to be eligible.
  • After that period, no refunds or credits will be granted for renewals or unused time.
  • Cancellation does not always immediately stop the service — you still have access until the end of the paid period.
  • Keep your billing and contact information up to date so we can reach you regarding refund processing if needed.
