How Does the Profits for Walmart Extended Trial Offer Work?

I. Diamond and Elite: Unlimited

Diamond and Elite members have unlimited access to Profits for Walmart. The only limitation that exists relates to the maximum number of accounts they can connect to one Helium 10 account simultaneously. On Diamond and Elite plans, members can connect a total of four seller accounts, either Walmart or Amazon, to a single Helium 10 account. As a Diamond or Elite member, users have immediate and unlimited access to Profits for Walmart. There is no trial offer at these levels.

II. Platinum and Starter: 90-Day Trial

Platinum and Starter members have a temporary, extended trial access to Profits for Walmart. To provide Platinum and Starter users with sufficient time to experience the potential benefits of connecting their Helium 10 account to their existing or new Walmart Seller account, the regular 30-day trial period has been temporarily extended to 90 days, as part of a limited time offer

III. Free: 30-Day Trial

The trial plan for Free users remains a 30-day offer only.

Complications concerning when a member’s trial period ends can arise if members change their plan levels during the trial period, particularly when they move from a plan level with one promotional time offer to a level with a different promotional time offer. The primary conditions of how long a user has access to a trial version of the software depends when they start their use of the software (connect their Walmart account to their Helium 10 account) and the trial offer for the plan they are on at the time that trial offer expires.

Basically, all levels begin their access to Profits for Walmart on the day the user connects their Walmart Seller account to their Helium 10 account. This date marks the start of a member’s access to Profits for Walmart, regardless of the plan level.

When a user connects their Walmart Seller account to their Helium 10 account, the clock on the trial offer also begins ticking. This clock is in effect for Diamond and Elite members as well, but because they have full access, and if they stay at the Diamond or Elite level, the promotional offer will not affect their access to Profits for Walmart.

If a Platinum member connects their Walmart Seller account to their Helium 10 account, they have 90 days of trial use, as long as they remain a Platinum or Starter member, because these plan levels have identical promotional time offers. If the member temporarily upgrades their plan to Diamond or Elite, the clock continues to tick in the background, but the promotional offer is not currently relevant, because these levels do not have limited time conditions. If the member then decides to change back to the Platinum or Starter plan, the original trial offer will reactivate, based on the date they first connected their accounts, regardless of when they changed their plan level. The 90-day trial never extends beyond the original connection date.

If a Starter (or above) member connects their Walmart.com account to their Helium 10 account, then a month later, changes to the Free plan, they will lose access to Profits for Walmart because the Free plan only has a 30-day offer, and the member has already had 30 days of access to Profits for Walmart on the Starter Plan.

Essentially, trial offers concerning Profits for Walmart are a one-time, non recurring event, based on the date a member connects their Walmart Seller and Helium 10 accounts.
