Helium 10 Ads Settings

The Helium 10 Ads Settings page allows you to view and manage how Helium 10 Ads applies to your advertising activity, monitor advertising spend for the selected billing period, refresh connected advertising accounts, and (depending on your plan) configure management levels for your advertising profiles.

What Is a Profile?

A profile is defined as a combination of an advertising account and a marketplace.

Examples:

• Account A + US marketplace = Profile 1

• Account A + MX marketplace = Profile 2

• Account B + US marketplace = Profile 3

Each profile is managed independently, and billing is determined by the profile’s management status and your Helium 10 subscription plan.

Plan Eligibility for Helium 10 Ads Settings

Diamond Plan and Above

Customers on Diamond plans and higher have full access to the Helium 10 Ads Settings page and can:

• View total advertising spend

• Refresh connected advertising accounts

• Assign a management level (Managed, Analytics-Only, or Disabled) to each profile

To Change Your Helium 10 Ads Profile Statuses:

1. Log into your Helium 10 account and open Helium 10 Ads.  

2. Click on Settings from the Helium 10 Ads menu on the left.

3. Profile Management Levels 

Diamond and higher plan customers can assign one of the following management levels to each profile:

Disabled

Profiles set to Disabled are hidden from Helium 10 Ads and do not incur a management fee.

Analytics-Only

Profiles set to Analytics-Only allow you to view campaign performance data without enabling management features and without incurring a management fee.

Managed

Profiles set to Managed are enrolled in Helium 10 Ads management and optimization features.

For profiles set to Managed:

• A 2% management fee is applied to all advertising spend across the entire profile

• This includes all ad spend from the connected advertising account and marketplace, not only campaigns, ads, or changes actively managed within Helium 10 Ads

• Fees apply regardless of whether Helium 10 Ads features, tools, automations, or optimizations are actively used

Billing and Fee Expectations (Diamond Plan and Above)

For customers on Diamond plans and higher:

• A 2% management fee is applied to the total combined advertising spend across all profiles set to Managed

• Combined spend includes all ad spend from every advertising account and marketplace configured as Managed

• Fees apply regardless of feature usage or activity

• There is no minimum spend requirement or threshold

Management fees are calculated on the aggregate advertising spend of all Managed profiles during the billing period and are non-refundable. Helium 10 Ads does not void or reverse invoices for advertising spend incurred while profiles are set to Managed.

To avoid incurring management fees, profiles must be set to Analytics-Only or Disabled before advertising spend occurs.

Platinum Plan

Customers on the Platinum plan can access the Helium 10 Ads Settings page to:

• View total advertising spend

• Refresh connected advertising accounts

Platinum customers cannot set or change profile management levels (Managed, Analytics-Only, or Disabled). Profile-level management controls are not available on the Platinum plan.

Billing for Platinum plans is handled exclusively through AI Advertising Product Goals, as described below.

Platinum Plan Billing – AI Advertising Product Goals

For Platinum plan customers, Helium 10 Ads management fees are not applied to the entire advertising account or profile.

Instead:

• Platinum customers are charged 2% only on advertising spend generated by active AI Advertising Product Goals

• The 2% fee applies only to Product Goal-driven advertising spend

• Advertising spend outside of AI Advertising Product Goals does not incur a Helium 10 Ads management fee

• There is no minimum spend requirement or threshold

How to Stop Billing for AI Advertising Product Goals

To stop Helium 10 Ads billing on the Platinum plan, AI Advertising Product Goals must be:

• Paused, or

• Archived

Once a Product Goal is paused or archived, advertising spend from that goal will no longer accrue Helium 10 Ads fees.
