The Seller Solutions Hub allows Amazon service providers to showcase their services and receive feedback from sellers who have worked with them. Reviews enable sellers to make informed decisions and help providers establish credibility on the platform.
Can I Respond to Reviews?
At this time, Helium 10 does not support public replies or responses to reviews on Seller Solutions Hub listings.
This limitation applies to all providers, regardless of their plan or listing type.
Helium 10 is continuously gathering feedback from providers and evaluating ways to enhance Seller Solutions Hub functionality, including potential improvements to review management features.
How Reviews Work
- Who can leave a review: Only verified sellers who have engaged with a provider’s services through the Hub can leave a review.
- Where reviews appear: Reviews display directly on your Seller Solutions Hub profile page, visible to all users.
What You Can Do
While direct replies are not yet available, you can still:
- Keep your listing current. Update your service details, contact information, and key offerings regularly to ensure your listing accurately reflects your most up-to-date value proposition.
- Encourage positive feedback. Provide high-quality service and invite satisfied clients to leave honest reviews through the Hub.
