We’re currently updating the customized templates in the Follow-Up tool to ensure they fully adhere to Amazon’s communication guidelines. During this process, customized templates will be temporarily unavailable. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your experience.
In the meantime, you can continue sending review request emails using Amazon’s default template. Below are step-by-step instructions for both the Automation and Manual methods in the Follow-Up tool.
Sending a Review Request via Automation
- In Follow-Up, open the Email Automation window from the left-hand menu.
- Click the blue New Automation button at the top right corner, select Request a Review, and click on Create a New Automation.
- Add your preferred filters — for example, ASIN, Seller Account, Discount, Wait Time, etc.
- Once satisfied with your Request a Review and Seller Feedback conditions, click Save and Exit in the top right corner.
Note: Follow-Up Automations are not retroactive. This means automated emails will only apply to new orders after you create and activate the automation. Orders placed before activation will not receive automated messages.
Sending a Review Request Manually
- From the menu on the right, open the Orders page inside Follow-Up.
- Select the checkbox next to the order(s) you’d like to take action on.
- Select "Request a Review" from the displayed options. Your request will be added to the email queue and automatically scheduled for sending.
Sending Review Request Emails in Bulk
1. From the menu on the right, open the Orders page inside Follow-Up.
2. Set the “Rows per page” to 100 at the bottom of the page, then hit the check box at the top of the page.
3. Hit the Request a Review button to send the emails.
Note:
- Manual review requests only work for “Delivered” orders that are between 5 and 30 days after delivery.
- Manually sent review requests will not be sent right away. They will be added to the queue and scheduled for sending.
