How to Use the Filter Library & Presets in Ad Manager and Analytics

What Is the Filter Library?

The Filter Library allows you to save your most frequently used filter configurations as presets, enabling you to quickly apply them across both Ad Manager and Analytics. This improves workflow consistency and saves time when analyzing data.

Creating a Filter Preset

  1. Navigate to either Ad Manager or Analytics.

  2. Use the available filters to generate your desired data view.

  3. Click Save Filter Preset.

  4. Enter a name for the preset (maximum 200 characters).

  5. Click Save.

Tip: Start with a clear naming convention to help identify your presets later.

Applying a Filter Preset

  1. Click the Filter Library button.

  2. Select a saved preset from the list.

  3. The system will:

    • Automatically populate the filters with values from the selected preset.

    • Reload the data table to reflect those filter settings.

Presets are available and functional in both Ad Manager and Analytics, allowing cross-tool consistency.

Managing Filter Presets

  1. Click the Filter Library button.

  2. Next to any saved preset, click the three vertical dots (⋮) to manage it.

  3. Choose from the following options:

    • Remove as Default – Unset the preset as your default view.

    • Rename – Change the preset name (still limited to 200 characters).

    • Delete – Permanently remove the preset from the library.

Changes (such as renaming or deleting) are reflected immediately across both Ad Manager and Analytics.
