Why is my account not eligible for a discount code?

We strive to provide discounts whenever possible; however, there are certain situations where a discount code may not be applicable to your account. Below are the most common reasons:

1. Targeted promotions

Some discount codes are designed for specific groups of users. For example:

  • New users or accounts only
  • Limited to certain regions or countries

If your account doesn’t meet the criteria, the code may not apply.

2. Plan-specific eligibility

Certain discount codes are only valid for monthly or annual subscriptions. If you’re on a different billing cycle, the discount will not be applicable.

3. Expired or inactive codes

Discount codes are often part of time-limited promotions. If the code has expired or is no longer active, it cannot be applied to your subscription.

4. Rest period between discounts

If you’ve already used a discount—such as a 20% off for 6 months promotion—your account becomes ineligible for another similar discount until 6 months after the previous one ends.

5. Lower-tier plans excluded

Discount codes generally do not apply to:

  • À la carte plans
  • Add-ons

These plans are already offered at reduced rates compared to standard subscriptions.
