What is Budget Manager?
Budget Manager is a powerful feature in H10 Ads that streamlines ad budget management across daily, monthly, and annual timeframes. It offers automated pacing, overspend protection, and detailed visualizations to help users optimize ad spend effectively.
Key Features
Flexible Budget Setup
- Set daily, monthly, and annual budgets.
- Adjust budgets periodically to match changing needs.
- Note: Budget Manager only applies to non-AI Advertising (Product Goal) campaigns.
Auto Pacing
- Automatically adjusts daily spend based on performance and remaining budget.
- Ensures steady ad delivery throughout the month.
- Important: Portfolio-level budgets are not considered. If a portfolio reaches its cap, Amazon will pause campaigns even if the profile-level budget remains. But if all ad spend doesn’t reach the portfolio’s budget but all campaign budget reaches the profile’s daily budget, the campaigns will be paused by Budget Plan.
Stop Over Spend (Auto Pause & Re-Enable)
- Ads pause automatically once the budget cap is reached.
- Automatically resumes on the first day of the next month.
Budget Usage Insights
- Track usage for today, yesterday, and the past 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, and 90 days.
- View annual trends to support long-term planning.
Daily Spend Visualization
- A bubble chart visualizes campaign performance using:
- Budget Allocation
- Spend
- Delivery Rate
- ROAS
Budget Delivery Metrics
- Delivery Rate = (Ad Spend / Monthly Budget) * 100%
