Why Am I Not Seeing Full Helium 10 Account Benefits in the Chrome Extension as a Subuser?

If you're a subuser and notice that you're not receiving the full benefits of the main Helium 10 account while using the Chrome Extension, it's likely due to the active user account selected within the extension.

Helium 10 allows subusers with the appropriate permissions to access the full benefits of the primary account. However, if you're logged into the wrong user profile within the Chrome Extension, your access may be limited.

How to Switch User Accounts in the Chrome Extension

Follow these steps to switch to the correct account within the Helium 10 Chrome Extension:

  1. Click the Chrome Extension icon in your browser toolbar.

  2. Open the Extension by selecting "Helium 10" from the list.

  3. Locate your username in the bottom-right corner of the extension panel.

  4. Click your username to view all connected accounts.

  5. Select the main account or the appropriate subuser account with access to the full benefits.

Once you’ve selected the correct account, the Chrome Extension will reflect the full access level associated with that user.

Still Not Seeing Full Access?

If you're still experiencing limited access after switching accounts, ensure that:

  • The subuser account has the correct permissions set by the main account holder.

  • You're logged into the correct Helium 10 account in your browser.

  • The Chrome Extension is up to date.
