How to Switch User Accounts on Helium10.com
Helium 10 allows subusers with the appropriate permissions to access the full benefits of the primary account. However, if you're logged in to the wrong user profile, your access may be limited.
Follow these steps to switch to the correct account:
- Hover over your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Click Switch Accounts from the dropdown menu.
- Select the main account you want to access.
Once switched, you’ll have full access to Helium 10 Ads features, provided the appropriate permissions have been granted.
How to Switch User Accounts in the Chrome Extension
Helium 10 allows subusers with the appropriate permissions to access the full benefits of the primary account. However, if you're logged in to the wrong user profile in the Chrome Extension, your access may be limited.
Follow these steps to switch to the correct account within the Helium 10 Chrome Extension:

Click the Chrome Extension icon in your browser toolbar.

Open the Extension by selecting "Helium 10" from the list.
Locate your username in the bottom-right corner of the extension panel.

Click your username to view all connected accounts.
Select the main account or the appropriate subuser account with access to the full benefits.
Once you’ve selected the correct account, the Chrome Extension will reflect the full access level associated with that user.
Still Not Seeing Full Access?
If you're still experiencing limited access after switching accounts, ensure that:
The subuser account has the correct permissions set by the main account holder.
You're logged into the correct Helium 10 account in your browser.
The Chrome Extension is up to date.
