If you no longer need your Helium 10 account, you can request to have it deleted. But there are two important things to know:
- You can't delete your account yourself — only the support team can do it.
- You must cancel your subscription first — your account won’t be deleted if a paid plan is still active.
Here’s how to do it in just a few steps:
Step 1: Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your Helium 10 account.
- Go to Billing in your account settings.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Choose Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Step 2: Contact Support to Request Deletion
Once your subscription is canceled, you can request account deletion in either of these two ways:
- Email us at support@helium10.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” Be sure to include your Helium 10 account email and clearly state that you want to permanently delete your account.
- Chat with us directly. Go to the Helium 10 website, and click the chat balloon icon in the lower-right corner of the screen. You’ll be connected with our support team to start the deletion process.
The support team will follow up if they need to confirm anything.
Step 3: Wait for Confirmation
Support may ask for verification. Once confirmed, your account and all saved data will be deleted.
Things to Know
- Deletion is permanent — all data will be lost.
- You won’t get a refund for unused time.
- You can also downgrade to the free plan if you’re not sure about deleting your account.
