How do I delete my Helium 10 account

If you no longer need your Helium 10 account, you can request to have it deleted. But there are two important things to know:

  • You can't delete your account yourself — only the support team can do it.
  • You must cancel your subscription first — your account won’t be deleted if a paid plan is still active.

Here’s how to do it in just a few steps:

Step 1: Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log in to your Helium 10 account.
  2. Go to Billing in your account settings.
  3. Click Manage Subscription.
  4. Choose Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

Step 2: Contact Support to Request Deletion

Once your subscription is canceled, you can request account deletion in either of these two ways:

  • Email us at support@helium10.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request.”  Be sure to include your Helium 10 account email and clearly state that you want to permanently delete your account.
  • Chat with us directly. Go to the Helium 10 website, and click the chat balloon icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.  You’ll be connected with our support team to start the deletion process.

 The support team will follow up if they need to confirm anything. 

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

Support may ask for verification. Once confirmed, your account and all saved data will be deleted.

Things to Know

  • Deletion is permanent — all data will be lost.
  • You won’t get a refund for unused time.
  • You can also downgrade to the free plan if you’re not sure about deleting your account.
