Where can I see my subscription credits?
- Currently, subscription credits are not visible on your billing page. Please feel free to contact Customer Support via support@helium10.com or through live chat. Our team can verify and confirm their available credit balance.
How do I apply my credits?
- Checking Your Available Credits. To find out how many credits you have, simply reach out to our Customer Support team. You can contact us in either of the following ways:

- Live Chat: Available on our website or within the Helium 10 platform
Note: Credits can be applied to any available subscription plan when the customer resubscribes. Plan pricing and offerings may change over time, so credits will apply based on the current plan and pricing at reactivation. If the subscription cost exceeds the available credits, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. Subscriptions must be reactivated in full monthly or annual billing cycles; partial activations are not available.

- Applying Credits to a Subscription. If you’d like to use your credits to start or resume a subscription, just let us know! Subscription credits are consumed automatically upon checkout. We can also manually apply your credits on your behalf—there is no need to go through the self-checkout process.
