I need to add your company details to my invoice for tax purposes. How do I do that?

At this time, Helium 10 uses Stripe as our payment processor, which does not currently support automatically including our company details on monthly or annual invoices issued to customers.  

If you need this information added for tax or accounting purposes, please contact our Customer Support team. You can reach us via live chat or email at support@helium10.com. Be sure to include the invoice number(s) you'd like updated, and we’ll send you a revised version with the necessary details.
