1. Verify your Amazon Seller Account type
✅ Your Amazon Account must be a Professional Seller Account.
❌ Helium 10 does not support Individual Seller Accounts or other account types.

If you have an Individual Seller Account, upgrade to a Professional Plan in Amazon Seller Central before proceeding.
2. Ensure that your Seller Account is active
✅Your Amazon Seller Account must not be suspended or deactivated.
Action Required:
If your account is suspended, resolve the issue with Amazon before attempting to connect to Helium 10, etc.
3. Ensure your Seller Account doesn’t have a pending balance
✅ Your account should not have any outstanding balance that could lead to suspension.
Action Required:
Clear any overdue payments in Seller Central before attempting to connect.
4. Ensure that your Seller Account is Amazon-verified
✅ The Amazon verification process can take some time to fully take effect on your Seller Account. Helium 10 recommends waiting at least 48 hours before connecting your account.
Action Required:
Please wait 48 hours before connecting to Helium 10 if your account is new.
5. Verify that your Seller Account is not connected to any Helium 10 Account.
✅ Your Amazon Seller Account must not be linked to another Helium 10 account.
Action Required:
If your account is already connected elsewhere, disconnect it before linking it to a new Helium 10 account.
Troubleshooting Token Connection Errors
Here are some steps to troubleshoot token connection errors in Helium 10:
1. Wait 30-60 minutes and try again (temporary processing delays may occur).
2. Check if your token is active in Seller Central by going to Partner Network > Manage Your Apps. If the token is inactive, try reconnecting it.
3. Reconnect your token using Seller Central’s Manage Your Apps section.
