TikTok Listing Converter – Convert Your Amazon Listings to TikTok-Ready Content

The TikTok Listing Converter is a time-saving tool that transforms your Amazon product listings into TikTok Shop–ready content. It automatically adjusts key elements such as titles, descriptions, and images to comply with TikTok’s unique format requirements, streamlining the cross-platform listing process and reducing the risk of rejections.

Only TikTok Shop US sellers are supported, and users can currently connect only one TikTok Shop account.

This tool is only available for Helium 10 subscribers on Platinum and above plans.

We’ve enhanced the TikTok Listing Converter based on customer feedback to improve usability and functionality. Updates include:

• A clear notice informing users that cross-border sellers are not currently supported.

• The ability to retry failed conversions after deleting them.

• Support for selecting and converting multiple ASINs at once.

• General user experience improvements for a smoother, more intuitive workflow.

Getting Started

Account Connections Required

Before converting listings, you must connect both your:

• Amazon Seller Central account

• TikTok Shop account (US only)

Both tokens can be linked directly from the tool’s landing page. If your Amazon token isn’t already connected, you’ll be prompted to connect it there. Once connected, you’ll be able to sync data from both platforms.

Note: Support for multiple shops may be added in a future update.

How to Use the Listing Converter

Step 1: Choose Products to Convert

Navigate to the “Select Product” tab. You can filter your listings by:

• Category

• Title

• ASIN

• SKU

You can choose:

• A single ASIN

• Multiple ASINs

• Parent ASINs (this automatically includes all product variations)

Note: You cannot select individual variations. When a Parent ASIN is chosen, all child variations are included by default.

Once selected, click “Bulk Convert” to begin the process.

Step 2: Review Conversion Status

Go to the “Check Conversion Results” tab to monitor the progress of your converted listings. Here, you’ll see details such as:

• Product

• Conversion Date

• Conversion Status:

  • Draft Saved – Successfully synced to TikTok Shop.

  • Failed – May be due to missing fields or technical/internet issues.

• Actions: 

  • View the listing draft in TikTok Shop

  • Retry failed conversions

Tip: If a listing fails to convert, update the missing details and try again.

After syncing, listings are saved as drafts in TikTok Shop. You’ll need to log into your TikTok Seller Center to review and publish these drafts manually unless you’re using the Elite plan’s auto-publish feature.

Enhanced Tools

You now have access to enhanced tools designed to streamline the conversion workflow even further:

• Auto-Publish Option – Skip manual steps and have your listings automatically submitted post-conversion.

• Product Compliance Pre-Fill – Enter required info once, apply it across all listings.

• Fulfillment Selection – Choose between FBA and FBM as your inventory data source.

• Quick Edit Function – Rapidly update common fields like price and quantity before submission.

Conversion Timing and Availability

• Listing conversion generally takes under an hour, depending on your listing volume.

• Only TikTok Shop US is supported at this time.
