When you change your bank account details in Seller Central to start to receive Marketplace Payouts into your Digital Wallet, Amazon may request a bank letter/statement to prove ownership of the bank account that you're trying to receive payments into.
On the "Wallet Balances" tab of the platform:
- Select either your USD or GBP balance (if you have funds already in those currencies)
- If you don't yet have USD or GBP in your Wallet, select "Add Funds" for USD or GBP
- Once on the "Fund Wallet" page, there will be a button to "Download Bank Letter" in PDF
- Submit this PDF to Amazon
