How Do I Up-date the Image in my Follow-Up Emails Preview?

When you change images in your product listing, Follow-Up makes that change in the actual email sent to customers as well. The preview image available to the seller sometimes retains the original photo though. To manually change the image showing in the preview mode, please complete the following steps.

1. In Follow-Up, navigate to the “Email Templates” page.
2. Hover over the email template in question and click “Edit.”
3. Click “Choose a Product for Preview” on lower-right corner of the screen.
4. Locate and click on the product you want to appear as preview image.
5. Click the “Confirm” button and then save the template by clicking “Save” button.
