How Do I Request a New Tool or Feature for Helium 10?

Do you have an idea or feature request to share with our product team? Helium 10 prides itself on being responsive to its clients' needs.

If you think of a tool Helium 10 should offer, or if you'd like a feature added to an existing tool, tell us by following these steps:

1. Click the speech bubble with a quotation mark icon at the top of your dashboard to the right of AI Assistant. 

2. Select the option, "Give Feature Ideas"

3. Fill out the fields and select Submit Feature Ideas.

If you’re experiencing a bug or need technical support, you have a few quick options:

• Report a Bug: Use the Bug Report Form to submit technical issues. A support agent will review your report and respond within 24 hours.

• Ask the AI Assistant: Click the AI Assistant button at the top of your dashboard to get instant answers and guided help.

• Speak with a Live Agent: Type “speak with an agent” in the chat after selecting AI Assistant to connect directly with our support team for faster assistance, or click on the chat Icon on the bottom right of the screen.
