How Do I Get Help with My Helium 10 Account?

Currently, Helium 10 offers both email and direct Chat support as part of its membership services.

Depending on your preference and the urgency of your needs, please contact us via one of these methods. 

1. Send us an email at support@helium10.com. When sending your concern or question, please make your request as detailed as possible to help us provide an accurate response. Screenshots and links help significantly.

2. If you need immediate assistance, please initiate a chat session by clicking the small blue Chat icon, available on the Helium 10 members dashboard

3. To initiate a direct chat with someone on our support staff, click on the Chat icon in the lower right corner of the members dashboard. If you are contacting us between 8 a.m. and midnight PST, an agent will be with you shortly.

Helium 10's Chat channel is open from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. Pacific time, seven days a week. During some major holidays, the support line may be closed. 

At the present time, the Helium 10 Customer Service does not have a voice support line, but we pride ourselves on responding to and addressing all your technical questions and billing concerns in a timely manner. We also welcome suggestions for software development from active users.
