Granting Permissions on your Seller Central Accounts for Helium 10 Ads

The email address used when connecting your PPC token on Helium 10 must be the Primary User of the Seller Central Account OR a Secondary User of the Seller Central Account with the proper permissions configured on ALL of your Ads’ accounts in order for the accounts to be pulled into Helium 10 Ads properly.

If using a Secondary User’s email address, the permissions must be set up by the Primary User of the Seller Central Account. Note that it is recommended that these permissions be configured prior to using the secondary user’s email address to connect the PPC token on Helium 10’s Connections page. Additionally, you must complete the process on ALL advertising accounts that you wish to grant advertising permissions to for the secondary user, as these will be ALL of the accounts that are pulled into Helium 10 Ads.

If using a Primary User, skip to Part 3 to ensure that the Primary User can access ALL of the advertising accounts that you want pulled into Helium 10 Ads.
