How to Change the Marketplace for Keyword Tracker
The default data displays All Marketplaces in Keyword Tracker. If you wish to narrow this down to a single marketplace, open the drop-down menu in the top-right and select the marketplace you are looking for.
How Do I Know What My Tool Limitations Are?
At the top-right of the tool, you will see how many keywords and boosts you've used so far and how many you have in total on your plan.
How Do I Customize the Keyword Tracker Table?
To customize your Keyword Tracker table, select the Gear Icon / Customize button at the top-right of the table.
This opens the Table Customization settings. To show/hide a column from view, select/unselect the corresponding blue box. You can also select/unselect the box at the bottom to show/hide additional information on ASIN Details when hovering with your mouse.
In addition to showing/hiding columns from view, you can also rearrange them by clicking on the column header, dragging it where you prefer, and dropping it as shown below.
Expand/Collapse more details on each ASIN
Clicking on the arrow next to an ASIN expands/collapses the additional details window, which lists Keywords, Competitors, and Suggested Keywords in separate tabs for that ASIN.
How to Use Your Boosts for Keyword Tracker
When you expand details on an ASIN and review the Keywords tab, you will see a column with a rocket ship. By default, it will be grayed out. Activating Boost on a keyword enhances your keyword tracking with hourly updates for the next 10 days, offering detailed insights to optimize your strategy. When a boost is active, the rocket next to that keyword will be glowing blue.
To see your time remaining with Boost Mode active, hover over the blue rocket.
Ellipsis Icon (3 dots)
Clicking on the Ellipsis icon will show you options to Analyze Keywords in Cerebro, Switch to Parent ASIN, Run Listing Analyzer, or Delete the ASIN from Keyword Tracker.
How to Edit Your Tracked Keywords
If you would like to edit your tracked keywords, select the pencil icon next to the number in the Tracked Keywords column for that ASIN. This will open a window where you can add/remove tracked keywords.
How to Add Competitors
If you would like to add competitors, click on the plus + icon next to the competitor's number in the table. This will open the add competitors window where you can add specific ASINs or browse suggested competitors.
How to Add a Note
If you would like to add a note on the graph to annotate an event, business decision, or something else you want to remember, select the + Note option in the Note column.
What are Tags and How to Effectively Use Them
To create a tag for an ASIN, click on + Tag in the Tags column. You can then enter a custom tag or label for this ASIN to help you stay organized when reviewing your tracked keywords. Once you've tagged an ASIN, a folder will be displayed at the top of the table. You can use more than one tag per ASIN if you wish for it to be included in multiple folders.
Clicking on the folder you wish to analyze will filter out all ASINs without this tag. You can select multiple folders to display them simultaneously. Deselecting all folders will remove any tag filtering and go back to displaying your default data table.
How to Revert to the Old Keyword Tracker
If you would like to view the Keyword Tracker tool in the previous iteration, select Back to Previous Keyword Tracker in the top-right of the tool.
