What Is a Helium 10 Ads Profile?

A profile is a combination of an advertising account and a marketplace.

Examples:

• Account A + US marketplace = one profile

• Account A + MX marketplace = a separate profile

Each profile is managed independently, and billing is based on your plan and the profile’s management configuration.

Diamond Plan and Above

Customers on Diamond plans and higher have access to full Helium 10 Ads functionality, including profile-level management controls.

• Profile-level management settings (Managed, Analytics-Only, Disabled)

How Pricing Works

For Diamond plans:

• A 2% management fee is applied to the total combined advertising spend across all profiles set to Managed

• Combined spend includes all ad spend from every Managed advertising account and marketplace

• The fee applies to all advertising spend within Managed profiles, not only campaigns or ads actively managed through Helium 10 Ads

• Fees apply regardless of feature usage

• There is no minimum spend requirement or threshold

Management fees are calculated on the aggregate advertising spend from all Managed profiles for the billing period and are non-refundable.

To avoid incurring management fees, profiles must be set to Analytics-Only or Disabled before advertising spend occurs.

Platinum, Starter, and Other Plans

Platinum and other lower-tier plans do not include Helium 10 Ads management features.

Other higher-tier plans, such as Supercharge or Enterprise, may offer customized pricing and include full Helium 10 Ads management features.
