If you need copies of your Helium 10 Invoices for your accounting records or tax purposes, you can access them from your Helium 10 Billing Information page.
1. Sign into your Helium 10 membership page. Click on the user icon in the top right corner to open the drop-down menu. Select Plans & Billing to open the Plans page.
2. On the Plans page, you can see which plan you're signed up for and where to access your invoices. Click on the link next to the plan headings that reads “View Billing History and Change Payment Preferences.”
3. This will take you to the Billing Information page. In addition to changing your credit card on file here, you can view current and prior invoices. Choose the date range from the date options. Then click on the Invoice button.
4. The invoice button offers three actions. You can view your invoice, send it to the printer, or download it. Click your preferred choice.
5. If you need additional help with your billing history or invoices, please contact customer service using the round blue Chatbot box located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
